I bet you're asking yourself
what's a Sweet Shoo and what do you use it for?
Some designers think
up products for you to use. We find it better to respond to a
problem.
Like the Sweet Shoo.
A professional
ballroom dancer purchased some Travel Bug Shoe Bags to store her
dancing shoes. And asked if we knew where she could find
fragrant sachets that were spicy rather than sweet.
We learned that
dancers store their shoes with fragrant sachets in the toes, so they
smell fresh the next time they wear them. We decided to investigate
this further.
We were in our garden
discussing how to develop a spicy fragrance and saw the solution
under our feet.
Cedar shavings.
They come from a local
window manufacturer and we use them for garden mulch. Naturally
aromatic, cedar has a light, spicy fragrance and is an ideal base
for fragrant oils. It's also a natural insect repellent.
To the cedar we add essential
oils to create a rich woody fragrance,
blended in the style of perfume. Our formula includes Frankincense,
Pine and Bergamot as the basic ingredients with additional aromatic
oils to link these and give depth to the aroma. All our essential
oils are from Tasmania and are pure and chemical free.
With its fresh, spicy aroma, the
blend appeals equally to both men and women.
Our ballroom dancer
gave the fragrance her seal of approval and uses Sweet Shoo for all
her shoes.
We pack the
fragrant cedar shavings in elegant satin pouches, folded and tied
with a satin ribbon to retain the aroma for a long time.
As we hoped, it's used for more than just shoes.
It's for linen and lingerie drawers, briefcases, wardrobes; or put
it under your pillow.
At $15.95+p&h per pair,
you'll scent the difference.
