In the end I found you by typing in “Interface”, which I could barely read on the much faded label on my cover. I was interested to read of your various connections and obviously you have a good media profile, none of which I had seen!

I initially bought my first cover years ago after hearing of the design of it and that people with a disability were involved in the production. My husband is an architect and we decided to make the investment!

I bought an ironing board cover a couple of months back, in between we have moved into a house we had built. If only the design and attention to detail in the “fitz like a glove” cover were not so rare! I’m delighted every time I iron (ha ha not the ironing, but the cover makes it less of a drag!). Your service was prompt, pleasant and efficient. Such a pleasure to have my second cover, I wouldn’t buy any other. (The first was bought years ago. I’ve only just read your suggestions and realised it probably only deteriorated because I kept filling the iron on it, spilling then drying the water with the iron). It’s also been fun to read your heart-warming back-story.
I would like to let you know that my parcel arrived today. Thank you so much for the very prompt service.

So upfront. Our flat rate postage and handling charge is $16.95 per parcel.
Regardless of how many items you put in your parcel. Or where you are located within Australia.
We live and work from our remote rural property in 'The High Country' of Victoria.
In the picturesque foothills of the Victorian Alps.
All parcels are despatched via Australia Post.
Our post office is in a remote location. So we post parcels once a week.
We hope you understand how the tyranny of distance affects a business that is in a remote, rural village.
For our international customers, please check with Customs in your country to see if they impose extra charges on your parcel once it enters your country.
For my UK customers. It's with regret that I will be unable to continue to post parcels to the UK. The new requirement from the UK is that VAT be collected by all online merchants when an order is placed. And paid to the UK before your parcel leaves Australia. As well as. Calculate the duties payable on your parcel. To be able to complete a customs declaration. Unfortunately. I'm too small a company to justify the infrastructure required to do this.
Every Thursday. From our rural alpine village. We post orders received by 3PM on Wednesday.
We then send you an email to let you know your parcel is on its way.
