When I post parcels, I follow up with an email notifying you that your parcel is in the mail.
With its tracking number.
A link to the Australia Post tracking site.
And an estimated time of delivery.
These emails are very personal. With each person’s name, address, and what they ordered in the email.
As well as.
Photos of my beautiful rural property. Because I love sharing my rural life with you.
The icing on the cake is the comments I get in reply.
And I get a very high percentage of replies. Way up over the average my email provider Mailchimp says is average.
One from today. Which arrived just a few minutes ago. Makes my day.
Very simple. Just a few words. But what an impact.
