When ordering on the phone today, you asked me what I liked best about my [ Fitz Like A Glove™ ] ironing board cover. I answered with the first thing that came into my head.
It never moves.
After hanging up, I started thinking about more things.
I like the plain colours. Prints don’t appeal to me.
When I received my first cover, I was surprised at how good the quality of the fabric was.
I’ve never seen that in any other ironing board cover. And it’s been consistently good for 13 years.
Helping other people with each purchase isn’t something I experience with other companies.
It lasts a long time.
I also like that I can pick up the phone, place an order, have a chat. And a laugh.
I would never buy any other cover. Because they last so long, I worry that you won’t be here when I need another one.
Warm regards,
Sylvia
