Our Delivery Policy
As we live and work from our remote rural property with a 120km round trip to the post office, we endeavour to dispatch within 72 hours. If unforeseen events occur, we guarantee dispatch within a maximum of one week.
All parcels are sent via Australia Post. Parcels within Australia have a bar coded tracking sticker on them. Your confirmation email that your parcel has been despatched contains a tracking link for you so you can track your item.
International parcels are sent Standard Air Mail via Australia Post. Parcels arrive in most countries within 10 days of despatch.
