Steamed Eggs. Never Heard Of Them?
You're In For A Treat!

My partner, Victor Pleshev, an architect. Has made a cooked breakfast for us every morning for over 30 years.

To Victor. Presentation is everything.

We often have salads for breakfast. He's a genius at creating very filling ones. What I call a 'Ploughman's Breakfast'.

But peeling soft-boiled eggs. For his version of Salad Nicoise. Was challenging.

But that all changed several months ago. When. In an online newspaper. I found a recipe for steamed eggs. That guaranteed. Eggshells would slip off eggs as easily as peeling a banana.

Kind of. But not fully convinced. I showed the recipe to Victor. Who was willing to try it. To see if it's true.

Wow! What amazing results. Eggshells really do just slip off the eggs. Every. Single. Time.

Instructions.

Put a vegetable steamer in a pot of water. With the water not touching the steamer. Bring the water to boiling point. And put however many eggs you want into the steamer.

Cooking time is:

Soft boiled - 4-6 minutes. Experiment.

Hard boiled - 12 minutes.

That's it. You will never struggle to peel a cooked egg again. Guaranteed.

Try it out. And let me know how you go in the email form below.
